GAIAM77R led a multi-year Master Planning project for Miami’s prestigious Cushman School, assessing current operations and future growth needs. The study addressed planning and organizational challenges while shaping a vision that includes a multi-structure campus expansion, a capital campaign, and the identification of potential sites for new High School and Middle School facilities—designed to complement the school’s historic flagship campus and its renowned academic and special programs.
